Hunting Information

SAFETY

While every precaution is made, no responsibility can be expected for any acquired illness or accident during you safari nor any expences incurred as a result. Clients must make sure their travel and other insurance are in order and that Namibia are endorsed in their policies as a country of visit.

CLOTHING
Light, cotton clothing in camouflage colors is recommended for hunting, well-fitting boots, warm pajamas and sweater/parkas for cool nights and mornings. Travelers should not bring excessive clothing as a daily laundry service is available. Note!!! - Camouflaged clothing is permitted only in the hunting field in Namibia!!!

• Sun protection lotion (We suggest an SPF of 30 to 50)

OTHER CONDITIONS
Trophy fees are payable in respect of all animals bagged or wounded.
The client is obliged to notify the Outfitter of any special needs in terms of medical health conditions(ie Heart problems,diabetics,asthma,allergies etc.) at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.

INSURANCE
Ensure that your travel insurance covers your valuables and that you take out travelers’ and medical insurance. Make sure that Namibia are endorsed on your insurance as a country of visit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings, Reservations and Payment:
US$ 1000 is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable at the last day of your safari. Reservations must be made at least 12 weeks before the safari commences.

Bank guaranteed cheques,Internet banking or cash is accepted.
All costs incurred during the safari, will be billed on an invoice and is payable at the end of the safari.

Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to four weeks notice in writing.
50% of deposit are refundable.
Full deposits can be forwarded for a safari at a later date. On re booking the new pricelist will be applicable.
